Lamar began as a project management consultancy. Working closely with projects made one issue increasingly clear: teams had to manage design intent, material quality, supplier capability, commercial terms, lead times, logistics and delivery risk — often across several countries and multiple product categories.
Lamar evolved to focus on that challenge. Today, we operate as a procurement partner, bringing together structured sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial comparison, technical coordination and procurement management. Rather than limiting a project to one market or one supplier, we help clients evaluate the right options across relevant global manufacturing regions.
